Closure of US military bases is easy if they are destroyed and US would have to fund their repair.

I'm sure proxy funding is dependent on Israel behaving.

Financial compensation is fundamentally key to peace/surrender of US in conflict. If US can replace this with very high price per kg of uranium, it can spin it as denuclearization victory, but its all the same cash payment. In Yuan.
