He's not actually a prince. He's the son of the previously non-royal wife of the crown prince from before the marriage.

Transporting several kilos of marijuana. I'm 100 percent ok with marijuana, but 3.4 kilos is a very large amount, was he selling it, to make money? I imagine he's already quite wealthy. There is no situation where that's a personal supply unless he grew it and was transporting it.
He doesn't seem like the type to grow weed though. I think if he was selling drugs, even if it's marijuana, it would be telling of his character, that he was emulating gangsters, even as he didn't need the money. Trying to be cool.
I would be curious to know the details behind that part as it's odd for someone of his status and wealth to do such a thing. He is no stranger to cocaine I would bet.
