I haven't read about Danny Casolaro or the Inslaw affair but it seems that both of these journalist(Danny and Gary) were "suicided". They absolutely tried to use psychedelics to do crazy mind control experiments, and the things they did are unspeakably disgusting. Although, I legit think some of them were used as an excuse to drug and rape kids, and the fucking Feds were ALL about that shit. Hence the unspeakable part.
The funny thing is, psychedelics were actually terrible for that because instead of sequestering the mind, and making people into programmable zombies, they actually did the opposite. They enhanced creativity and independence. They actually cause you to feel more empathy, not less. They make you a non-conformist, not fall in line.
Idk about all psychedelics, but I can absolutely tell you, psilocybin mushrooms will show you a level of empathy, and connection to the world you never thought possible. No way I'm hell they could ever be used to control people.
On the flip side, there's a reason why there's a pretty widespread problem with the over prescription of SSRIs and other similar meds in the US. Those things have been shown to basically turn you into a zombie of a person. I almost killed myself because of those fucking things. Mgic mushrooms, however; literally saved my life and actually opened my mind up to so many new ways of thinking and a kind of, "radical empathy" that started me down the path to being a communist when I was just a stupid shitlib. Really changed my outlook and understanding of the world.
I have heard bad things about SSRIs myself, but was never on them and been people saying that some of the school shooters are on that stuff.
I was on Adderall for having ADHD, but stopped taking it because I felt it was making me have social anxiety. I found it harder to talk to people because of it and it made me more nervous and jittery.
One day, I took Adderall again after not taking for a month which is a bad idea since it is the type of medicine where you have to work your way up to a dose. I spend a class period being so jittery it hurt.
this is why i think the mixed salts approach of adderall sucks compared to pure Dexedrine or it's pro-drug, Vyvanese. the difference is like night and day, pure Dex makes me feel so relaxed
meanwhile adderall is just like tossing some unnecessary norepinephrine release in there for no reason (basically the fight or flight neurotransmitter).

Meanwhile, studies on psilocybin have show it has the potential to be a long term cure with a single dose having lasting effects of months, or even years. That's why it'll never be made legal.
Yeah when I had to stop taking shrooms after they were banned the effects lasted for months afterwards before I returned to baseline.
MKUltra didnt end with the drug experiments, they rightly concluded it didnt work and then moved on to things that actually work - behavioral psychology.
The consequences of that can be seen in reality, the torture regiment implemented in black sites in the middle east and gitmo are both using doctrine that was created following the later MKUltra experiments on how to break someone psychologically.
I recently read an article saying the chemical synthesized by ingesting shrooms dramatically increases activity in the prefrontal cortex, which makes me wonder if that's why their scheduling level in the USA is what it is.
When magic mushrooms were legal in the UK and you could just walk into a shop and buy them, I took them regularly and they improved my mental health and my life immensely. But then they were banned and I found them really difficult to get hold off after that. Tried ordering from Amsterdam and growing them myself, nothing worked out. I think my life would have turned out a lot better if I'd still been able to use them these past 20 years.

I think you are reading what I said wrong. I was never trying to imply that I wanted to brainwash or mind control people. I was trying to discuss how the CIA's MKULTRA program showed the possibly that LSD was being used to perform other covert tasks.
