If this man has an issue with specific states than those states need to start having an issue with this man. Sanction and seize his assets if he doesn't have any seize his friends assets. if you need laws, pass em. Let the people be the ones to tell you have gone too far.
Trump doesn’t need laws, fight in kind.
How much does it cost to file a lien? Even if it's bullshit, it's probably something they'll have to deal with. I can only imagine hundreds of liens on Trump tower for them to sort through.
A bunch of insecure, cowardly middle-schoolers managed to take over the most powerful country on the planet. It beggars belief.
This is how the United States of America turns into the States of America.
"United" has always been aspirational.
The Republican Party is dead as a country-wide organization.
They are making no attempt to win future elections.
This is proof positive that they are planning a violent takeover.

They are planning to dramatically raise the level of violence.
They're 40% through the takeover. We won't see another fair election in this country and possibly not an election again after 2026.
This genius is seizing the funds of a city where he has a whole ass building...
I'm thinking the maker states/cities might want to think about not sending in funds to a government that is playing games like this. Maybe let the taker states that voted for idiot conservatives try to see how they do without the maker states.
So much for "rebuilding our cities" huh?
So Illinois should just withhold a few billion in taxes from the Fed and problem solved.
