I learned that to stretch my ability to work at home I have to stay in gross work clothes that I can't put on the couch or bed.

Once I shower, no more effort, no more worky.

I make my lights a bit higher temperature. Still not the vile 5000 K nonsense usually put in offices though more like 3500 vs the usual 2200.

My work used to do that blue 6500K. Always felt tired working there because it felt like it was gloomy overcast inside.
