I'm not sure how deploying intelligence contractors to cities across the US will impact anyone outside the US.
Rough. I just explained it. Are you using any US tech? If so, you are in the surveilance apparatus regardless.
But how does deploying intelligence contractors to cities specifically impact people outside the US? People outside the US are being surveilled, for sure, but I don't think there's any difference before or after deploying a contractor to Portland or whatever.
Because once they have complete control domestically, they will turn outward in a way not seen before.
You have it entirely backwards. They were already facing outward, fascism is imperialist repression turned inward.
Amerika's chickens are coming home to roost.
Outwardly, they were restrained. You'll see something new. Enjoy your shadenfreude, I hope it isn't too short lived.
Your opinion makes as much sense in the context of 1934 Germany, as it does in today's USA.
Amerika was so restrained in destroying multiple countries, funding multiple genocides, running decades long kidnapping and torture operations, funding neocolonialism, etc. Only privileged EuroAmerikans could be this disconnected from reality.

But I hate to be the one to break it to you that is simply the consequences of the systems they have in place. Fascism is just the teeth of imperialism coming home to make up for the tendency for rate of profit to fall and the liberation of the periphery.
For most of the world Amerika(and it's lapdogs although making the distinction between a king and it's vassals is slightly meaningless) has been the most evil empire on earth for decades (if not longer) and currently things are infact improving as multipolarity becomes more and more real.
Yeah, we will see something new.
We'll see the US lose, and then continue to turn imperialist repression inward. Iran is going to win, Russia is going to win, China is going to win, and there's nothing the US can do about it. Fewer and fewer people around the world will use US tech, so the repression will crank up on the people who keep using it. Eventually that's just going to be the US and its closest allies.
I get the hate for the US. I just find it strange how you think a hegemon going from bad to worse is good for anyone.
I'm also calling on bad faith arguments for denouncing American imperialism yet cheering for Russian imperialism. Hypocrisy isn't a strong argument.
Also, it's closest "allies" is a very loaded term today. No one trusts a rogue hegemon.
I never made any value claims about anything being "good" or "bad" actually. I'm merely telling you the trajectory of history.
