that cyrillic is probably spelt like cat.
НЯ is pronounced nya which apparently can mean "cute" in Russian. Guess that might be the joke?
Cat is Кошка in Russian / кіт in Ukrainian
Nya is an onomatopoeia for the sound a cat makes. Typically associated with pop culture representations of felines, catgirls/boys, and other cat-like beings.
