There was a "all in one" pill a Turkish trans woman got and became paralyzed in Türkiye. You can find it on pubmed.
No. It's a very common injection in some parts of the world. Bioidentical prog and e won't paralyze anyone

I've not seen them available on the sites I've looked at but my understanding is it's fairly common in latin america as a form of birth control for cis women. The prog might not be bioidentical in the injections, but even then the side effects shouldn't be paralysis.
wait, aint that acting only 24 hours? prog injections usually are daily but sythetic ones can can be used for week(i didnt remember), so some esters of bioidentical prog exist?
