Mine is on Codeberg Pages. I don't know what your requirements would be for "safe" but it's free and Codeberg is open source.
Ah didn't know Codeberg had pages, just moved all my repos there. Will try that.
Codeberg pages has an uptime problem. I remember I came across an EU-based service that bypasses this problem by using codeberg's webhooks to build and host your website but I can't remember the name. [EDIT: I just checked and Codeberg seem to have migrated to a new backend for pages so maybe it is better now.]
Another option could be one of the tilde communities: https://tildeverse.org/
They can host a static website of yours but I don't know how well they play with search engine visibility and so on (if you care about that kind of stuff).
Another option could be a service like bearblog.dev or mataroa.blog if you are okay with not building your site from the ground up.
