The monitor on the left is the same cheap LED monitor I had for over 10 years up until 3 years ago. It started to have weird shaky horizontal lines all over the screen and later would sometimes turn off and wont turn on for no reason. Surprisingly, worked well so long.

Psu probably went poof. You can fix those easily. I did that to my flat screen tv.

Didnt knew it could be the reason. PSU was external, was easier to fix. But I just bit the bullet and got and upgrade to 32inch 165hz monitor.
