if there are no jobs to be done in the first place, then that just means that you don't have a reason to keep the people ~~in these miserable conditions anymore~~.

so you are saying, if people are not being kept, then they would die? like a pet that can't care for itself? do you think that people are that dependent on government to provide for them? are you not an anarchist?

I rarely engage but you misunderstood my comment so much i felt compelled. I just mean that once everything is automated and there are no jobs left, there will be no reason for the ruling/owner class to keep the peasant/working class around at all. What self-respecting oligarch wants to mar their view with the smelly, shambling masses when they can have an uncomplaining robot butler bring them anything they want?
