no, i'm talking about the upper house of congress being focused on state affairs whereas the lowere house is that of the people...in fact, senators were elected by the state legislatures until the passage of the 17th amendment, which occurred before women's suffrage....
i love how you started with "no" then explained how undemocratic they are even more. states are just patches of dirt without the people. they need no separate representation.
