Agreed. I'm just about having it. I get a new phone in the mail this Friday. It was a tough choice... Pixel 10 so I could just jump into a non Google OS or Motorola since they are partnering with non android postmarketos
So I got another Motorola with Android. I'm going to limp on this hoping for a grapheneos upgrade.
C'mon Motorola, I bought your phone because you partnered with grapheneos. Give us an update pathway to grapheneos!
...sorry to tell you, but a current gen Motorola phone probably won't have a future with grapheneos.
I don't know the specifics, but I'm fairly certain there's some hardware stuff that needs to be done to meet what the Grapheme devs want for security.
I could be completely wrong, but I suggest you look into it a lot deeper... while the Motorola can be returned if you want GrapheneOS sooner than your next new phone. Although boosting Motorola sales instead of googles is good too.
