I've realize that in the morning eating two bananas is like the perfect amount to get me jump started. I typically struggle to have an appetite in the morning, so this is great for me.

What do you typically eat for breakfast as a "go-to" when you're trying to get moving, especially if you're not really hungry?

That's not enough to keep me full until lunch, but it is part of what I've recently switched to. What I've recently been eating for breakfast is one big or two small bananas plus a sandwich with soft cheese (brie or camembert or similar). My taste nerves aren't good at processing most animal products yet at that time of day, and I generally dislike eating excessive sugar, so this is what I've found out works best for me.
