I've realize that in the morning eating two bananas is like the perfect amount to get me jump started. I typically struggle to have an appetite in the morning, so this is great for me.

What do you typically eat for breakfast as a "go-to" when you're trying to get moving, especially if you're not really hungry?

For years I've been making the same breakfast shake near every day. It consists of 250g oats, 15g walnuts, 10g unsweetened cocoa powder, 15g molasses/sugar beet syrup/date sugar, 1 banana, and a handful of ice cubes. Optionally you can add flaxseeds, but I'm usually too lazy to pre-grind them.

Its pretty nutritious, quickly prepared and can be taken on the go in a shaker bottle.

Before that I used to eat natto with rice and sesame every morning for years, but that took longer to prepare and the white rice I usually ate it with isn't all that great for you. Pretty delicious breakfast though.
