What is enshittification?
The phenomenon of online platforms gradually degrading the quality of their services, often by promoting advertisements and sponsored content, in order to increase profits. (Cory Doctorow, 2022, extracted from Wikitionary) source
The lifecycle of Big Internet
We discuss how predatory big tech platforms live and die by luring people in and then decaying for profit.
Embrace, extend and extinguish
We also discuss how naturally open technologies like the Fediverse can be susceptible to corporate takeovers, rugpulls and subsequent enshittification.

They mentioned how screws are allowed to have standard deviation. I guess I got unlucky to get too short of a screws this time around. I’ll consider emailing their customer service if I have any other issues with the glasses.
In the meantime, do you have an old pair you can swap out the screws with ?
I guess I worded it poorly in my post, but when I reordered the glasses it came with brand new frames. I didn’t just buy the lenses, I had to buy the frame again along with the new lenses. And the new frames came with the short screws. So I just swap new short screws with the older longer screws.
