Explain your theory, present your evidence, and make your case. I can assure you that the average Marxist will at least engage with it honestly - even if they don't necessarily agree - so long as it is made in good faith, using reliable sources, and rooted in a dialectical materialist analysis.
Regardless pivoting to Xi is really rather irrelevant. The original point of the meme was to make fun of U.S. liberals and their perception of U.S. politics. China has nothing to do with this and so bringing it up appears defensive; hence why you were accused of being American by another user.

Saying that it is not racist because it is only about one person is like saying "I am not a racist, because I only drew Obama as a monkey! It's a western cartoon bear character being used to negatively caricature a Chinese world leader. Who the fuck do you think would promote a thing like that?
