No, you're just being brain dead. Most of the world has much bigger problems to deal with that are much closer to home than some conflict/war/genocide happening far away from them.

Hungary, for example, has just come out of a 16 year period where they were ruled by Russian backed fascists who uprooted a lot of the country's institutions and destroyed their relationships with their neighbors. Not only that, but they also border Ukraine which is facing one of the biggest and most horrific wars of this century. Russia has already said that they're next on the chopping block and has added them to their infamous list of unfriendly countries. They already have their hands full, why would any politician running to be the head of state there spend any time on Palestine or Sudan or Myanmar or whatever other country that's facing grim times over their own country and people? It doesn't make sense, and so they don't. That's perfectly reasonable.
