"Everything is a genocide" is a form of genocide minimization against actual genocides, which is why the term should be strictly applied only to actual genocides.

You can condemn the invasion without engaging in fictitious claims of genocide.

From wikipedia:

"Political scientist Neta Crawford estimated 323,000 dead in the war by July 2025, with an average rate of 7,690 killed per month—surpassing the average of 2,826 killed per month in the Gaza war and 772 killed in the War in Afghanistan (2001–2021). According to Crawford, while civilians accounted for 80 percent of the fatalities in the Gaza war and 26 percent in the War in Afghanistan, only four percent of those killed in Ukraine were civilians."

lots of studies have shown that a lack of good same sex role model usually have a negative impact on young people

Have they though? How many of these studies are quackery?

And let's be real, fathers abandon their children a lot more than mothers

Factually true, I didn't argue girls are equally affected

But statesian republicans don't advocate for the end of capitalism and an implosion of the country. They're disgusting, but they're not accelerationists, they defend hard policy to defend the status quo.

Lack of healthy male role models in a boy's life can easily lead to manosphere content. Just look around.

?? I really don't get what you mean. Are you suggesting that men without fathers tend to go further into the manosphere? You're gonna need to back that up somehow

Well, yes, there are a few individuals doing it, that doesn't affect my main question "how many are doing it? Is it significant?"

Some comrades over at Hexbear have organized a donation drive for Palestine and, over the past few weeks, have managed to raise over $1500 for verified Palestinian fundraisers. The fediverse is a good place full of good people.

Authorities in Tehran have called for international action and solidarity after several hospitals and schools were impacted by United States and Israeli air strikes on the country as Iran continues to fire missiles and drones across the region.

Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said on Monday that the two countries “continue to indiscriminately strike residential areas, sparing neither hospitals, schools, Red Crescent facilities, nor cultural monuments”.

"These actions constitute the deliberate commission of the most heinous crimes of international concern. Indifference to this ongoing and extreme injustice will only further darken the future of humanity by jeopardising the shared values upon which our global community stands,” he wrote in a post on social media.

Pir Hossein Kolivand, the head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society, wrote a letter publicised late on Sunday to the president of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), demanding an explicit condemnation of attacks impacting children and educational and medical centres.

"The Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as a member of the global Red Cross and Red Crescent movement, declares its full commitment to the fundamentals of humanity, impartiality and independence, emphasising that damaged centres had no military applications,” Kolivand wrote.

Multiple Iranian hospitals have been damaged as a result of air attacks and were evacuated by authorities, but there are not believed to have been any direct strikes on any hospitals yet.

World Health Organization Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said reports of damage to the hospital are “extremely worrying” and the United Nations agency is working to verify the incident.

Israel’s Defence Minister Israel Katz said Israel had waged the attack to preemptively “remove threats to the State of Israel”.

Several missiles have struck University Street and the Jomhouri area in Tehran, Fars news agency reported. Some was seen rising in the city, according to an Al Jazeera correspondent on the ground

A US official told Al Jazeera that the attacks were carried out as a joint military operation with the United States, which has assembled a vast fleet of fighter jets and warships in the region [...]

As sirens sounded in Israel, the Israeli military said it had issued a “proactive alert to prepare the public for the possibility of missiles being launched toward the state of Israel.”

Israel’s Airports Authority announced airspace had been closed to all civilian flights and urged the public not to come to the airport.

To start things well: I'm not trying to start an argument, and I'm not trying to ask for this in bad faith. I'm a Spanish Marxist-Leninist who despises the fact that the Second Republic did nothing about fascists until it was too late.

When I discuss the topic of the Soviets being the only ones to materially help the antifascists in Spain (selling modern tanks and aviation, rifles, munitions and teaching them how to use them), very often I encounter anarchists bringing up the repression of anarchists by communists, particularly related to the Barcelona events. However, when I've asked for literature with a quantitative analysis of this, I've never been given any numerical estimate of the extent of the repression. The Proles Pod episode (Timestamp: 1:18:00) on the Stalin Eras that touches the Spanish Civil War quotes the estimate that less than 20 anarchists were confirmed to have been killed by Soviet agents during the entirety of the conflict, but they only mention the study and they don't name it as far as I've found.

When this happens, I'm often told to read a book. I've found and read many estimates of Soviet repression in the USSR in different works, but never encountered anything about communist repression of anarchists with numerical data attached regarding Spain. So this is my request: I don't want personal anecdotes of an anarchist in prison, I want actual, modern, historically sound numerical estimates of this repression. There are such things for, for example, the Makhnovschina, so there must be something similar for republican Spain. Ofc, I can accept sources both in English and in Spanish!

Thanks a lot <3

There should of course also be 10 Palestinian flags in the Republican railway but it didn't fit. Also the previous OP seemingly forgot that BLM started halfway through the Obama era, and Ferguson happened well within democrat mandate.
