1990 -> 2000

Commander Keen -> Quake III Arena

2000 -> 2010

Quake III Arena -> Quake Live

There's a big difference between the first period.
Not so much the second.

Come on bro.

Even outside of these kinds of shooters, look at all the other timeless games that were released during this time. Nah. I'd say 2000s were peak video games.
