My friend sent me a message this morning.
He cancelled all appearances, hasn't been seen since Wednesday, and there have been crowds seen around Walter Reed Hospital [the official Presidential emergency hospital]
Well fingers crossed... Hopefully it is not fake news and the moron is not just playing golf on taxpayers' dime...
The crowds will be there for the rumor. Hell, it's probably half tabloids.

They have people monitoring social media 24/7. If it's reached this point and they haven't announced anything, that is a sign that something is wrong
