Okay, I'm pretty sure this is satire, but see rule 6 regarding if it's real. Otherwise, mark it as satire. Sorry if that ruins the joke, but in these times, it's the way it is. Anyone can help prove it's real (if it's real). *Everyone has an hour to mark as satire or archived link to the real deal.
