Kinda sad that mistal is not quite up there with the other big players though. Even though I tend to try it first if I have the need for something an LLM can do.

The only true use I have for these LLMs is searching the internet for shit that google sees as less profitable to provide as a straight answer. My use of it is solely because of the enshittification of standard search and will end when they enshittify.

I've come to rely a lot more on Wikipedia for basic info of almost any kind, and it has almost entirely replaced my googling habits. But, I do have a use for Le Chat some days, as my work involves a lot of boring reports/summaries. On a good day I can get in a full day of billable work by the afternoon. That said, these are reports basically nobody reads and just exist for the sake of work-product and having something to report back about.
