She is very smart and really pretty, and all her takes are very educated, but she is probably the most hated content creator. It blows my mind as to why.

Oh yeah, I remember hearing that she was a "landlord" because her name appears on 2 properties: The one she lives in, and one she co-owns with her friend whose credit score didn't allow them to get a house by themselves, which she isn't profiting off of.
