Smug? The majority of Americans I know are terrified of what is happening.
Might actually be true inside the us. But the americans i encounter outside of the us ( probably wealthier) are all pretty much delighting in whats going on. My observation of americans outside of the us : 100% smug and gloating.
Probably because they don't have to deal with the turmoil going on inside it.
Good--they should be for letting these fuckfaces have power.
