Kash Patel claims ISIS was in Muslim majority areas but he totally stopped the next 9/11 bro, so it's not perfectly safe, they got all the ISISes.

Would be a much more accurate headline.

There is no invalid reason to take his word with zero evidence. He's desperate to not look like a clown.
