I was today years old when I realized this thing has a name and it is called "Hellmo".
I always called it Hellmo, but the meme is actually called "Elmo Rise."
Hellmo is way better imo
I call it saint elmo's fire
There is also an old Jhonen Vasquez (Invader Zim author) comic where he does a bit about a "tickle me hellmo". I always think about it when this Elmo meme comes up
