I've unfortunately read so much slop where some claim to have discovered the next big thing that I couldn't see that this was an obvious joke. Now I feel like an idiot

Haven't you just recreated Siri/Alexa/etc. now? I can't tell if this comment is sarcastic

So when the US does piracy, it's described as "seizing tankers carrying oil", which is a "financial boon". I guess imperialism isn't enough, direct thievery is the next step

I could see the idiots at command getting ahead of themselves after seeing how they destabilized Venezuela, and thinking that things will be just as simple in Iran. But it could be that they actually have different goals and that's what they're presenting to the media

I think the US's goal is actually just terrorism so they can cause unrest and ultimately riots. https://lemmygrad.ml/post/10864542/7823618

Don't worry guys, we'll have computers as a service in the future. Why own a computer when you can pay a $300/m subscription to access one in the magic cloud on your thin client which is the only thing you can afford. Modern problem require modern solutions of course

I mean, literally only state actors can correlate an IP address to a physical address because they need to ask the ISP. He probably had shit opsec for what he was doing (going against the state) and should've used Tor, but it's very uncommon to get a full address from a link

I'm pretty sure you can get a Thinkpad with Linux preloaded, and they are great laptops for Linux too which is a plus, but they are quite expensive.
