I don't get the logic of slowing down with people in the way. You're in a heavy ambulance, they'll move.

I'm shocked it took this long.

A friend of mine was actually kinda impressed that his 2 year old opened a locked door, walked down to the gas station and tried to get a candy bar, at 2am. Obviously the cashier called 911, kid was fine.

My mother asked me the other day "does $LocalGroceryStore still take cash?"

I looked at her like she had five heads and said, "yes"

The CEO of Costco literally said to a consultant "if you make me dump the 1.50 hotdogs, I'll kill you"

Hell does "we don't pay fortune tellers" mean? Remember miss Cleo? She made a crap load of money, and it definitely wasn't cash!

Would be nice if any religion ever had even a shred of proof. Imagine if a Catholic priest actually could do the Healing hands?

Nope. Just controlling dicks.

About the "nobody can take your money" part.

Etherium Classic exists because somebody hacked an extremely valuable wallet and funneled 13% of all eth into their wallet. The people who control the mining pools, (rich assholes) wanted that transaction reversed, so they hard forked. Classic is the main fork that didn't reverse that transaction. It's much less popular, despite being run by people who are demonstrably more principled.

Paraphrased from Dan Olson's video "line goes up" about crypto's history and affect on the world. Spoiler: it's a scam, and a tool for the wealthy to get even richer. Computing power can be bought with dollars.

I ran into a similar problem after a bios update.

Turns out "this update may wipe out your bitlocker key" also means "if you don't have bitlocker turned on, it'll just wipe out your windows key."

Of course it's politically motivated, trump is a shit political leader.

He's done exactly 2 things I agree with, kill the useless penny, and say he'll pass a "congress can't trade stocks" law.

AOL was fined some small amount for this exact thing.
