coz it's an monolithic architecture, they all get compiled in. if you don't want it, you can compile the kernel yourself, specifically for your hardware.

I use a script registered as the default browser rhat launches rofi which greps and stuff the profiles.ini for the profiles. then launches.
just take fedora kde and swap the start icon with ms icon and call it a day. jk
