IT Operations manager here who dreams about quitting to be a hospital porter. Everything I enjoyed about my career has had the life sucked out of it now and I spend my days battling with C-Suites who want to insert AI into every aspect of the business.

Company recently got acquired by a private equity firm so I have stopped acting as the adult whilst I wait for the call to let me know my services are no longer needed.

I don’t seem to be able to customise the Home Screen layout for a specific focus mode. Whenever I change the layout of a specific focus mode, it changes the home screen across all modes.
I am entering the mode from the Lock screen, unlocking, and putting the home screen into edit mode. After making the changes I am locking the phone and reverting back to the default focus mode.
Am I holding this wrong or has this broken in 17DB3?
