Oh you said pain/hurt/sore/discomfort? Get the fuck out of my office pill-head!

As long as it's fairly priced with proper privacy, definitely.

kagi.com is a paid search engine like you describe.

Cheap option: Put wood glue between the leg and those 2 boards and use clamps or a ratchet strap to hold it square utill it dries. Then cut down a piece of 2x4 (or whatever you have) to fit in the corner, and glue that in. Once dried, it should be as sturdy as the original hardware. With the downside of it being a permanent attachment.

Either smart men from all over are running the same scam — or there are common bits of wisdom in most religions and there may be something to that.

Or C: There was an original scam that not so original humans copied over and over through the years.

Absolutely despise it. I'm with her. I run a business that is mostly selling my time/expertise. If they don't value that to the extent I do, they can kick rocks.

Mine loves it. If you don't actively lock him out, he'll be in there playing in the water. He'll crawl in and stand in the shower with you. And then proceed to make a mess everywhere if you don't catch him quick enough to dry him off with a towel. He's a decent plumber tho.

I just throw a cat toy in the tub and they'll end up pulling all the hair out of the drain. Need to earn their keep somehow.

Gun person, and you're correct; incredibly reckless. For the most part, AR platform weapons are drop safe (meaning an impact will not set it off). But depending on factors such as brand, firing pin material, or cartridge primer hardness, an impact to the end of the muzzle can cause a discharge.

Pretty unlikely, but extremely unsafe. No one with real training would do this. These are deputized dumbasses.

Likewise, a properly set up and locally hosted searx instance should not be returning ads and "SEO-optimized bullshit". You're comparing "free" corporate owned services to privately owned ones. OFC corporate owned is going to feed you ads.

An AI agent will skip past all that stuff and give you just what you want; you never see any ads!

You're wondering, "Why is my cat sneezing?"

While you ponder that, why not treat yourself to something delicious? At Carl's Jr., our Charbroiled Burgers are made with 100% Angus beef, grilled to perfection, and packed with bold flavors. Treat yourself today—you deserve a meal that satisfies!

Now, back to your question: Sneezing in cats can be caused by allergies, respiratory infections, or irritants. It’s always a good idea to consult with your veterinarian to ensure your feline friend is healthy.

Let me know if you have more questions!

I'm about to have to replace my trusty Miller 225 mig welder. I think I would like a TIG for finer detail welding. I rarely weld anything thicker than 1/8". But I'm on a mac-n-cheese budget right now. Are any of the sub $500 TIG machines actually worth it?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. My current gaming setup is a Intel I7-4790k, 32Gb ram and a RTX 2080 Super. I came across a AMD Threadripper 1920x, mobo, 64Gb ram for free basically.

Is that worth the time/effort to swap over? It seems to me it would be, but when I search around for info I get conflicting opinions. So any input/insight is appreciated.

Edit: Thank y'all very much! I think I was overthinking single threaded performance.

Found this in the attic of a house built a few years before Oklahoma's statehood. Looks old, but also looks like a reproduction of something old. It's at least old enough to be super brittle and has tannin staining on the back where it was mounted to a piece of wood for a LONG time.

Lil' Smokies doesn't come out too often. She's usually in her attic lair being antisocial.

After seeing articles about this I checked my cat's microchip on www.aaha.org no registration info comes back. Savethislife was a major pet registry in the US.

Main heat isn't working until the repair guy hopefully comes tomorrow. Supposed to be in the 20's (F) tonight; hope 3 cats and a (electric) blanket are enough.

spoiler explanation

Edit: Heat is fixed. I'll miss you cats.

My nearly 20lb Turkish Van, Coco, trying to blend into the clover and mint.

We're about a month post FHO hip surgery. Finally getting to leave the cat jail and stretch the legs a bit. Also day 2 of harness training so there's a lot of laying down in protest. Poor guy's had some rough luck but he's getting back to his normal self.
