Dude looks like if Chi-Chi's dad, Ox-King got lost and wound up in the wrong anime.

When my first kid was born I often found myself singing that song to her when she cried. I didn't know why my brain jumped to that song so often, and then a couple years ago I re-watched that episode and was like "oh yeah, that's why. The show I watched every day as a child left some things in my subconscious." I also know that I've reached a certain level of stressed/anxious/depressed when I start singing "Que Sera Sera" to myself like Ned Flanders does in "Bart's Comet".

Fire gang for life. I love that little flooferpup, and I'm excited to see what kind of bipedal, fire/fighting, rule34-bait dogman it evolves into.

I know it's probably an artistic choice or maybe a lack of budget thing, but I find it weird how textureless these guys are. You don't have to make them realistic or anything, but let the dog look like it has fur beyond the little anime spikes at the tips. Let the bird look like it has feathers. Right now he looks kind of like if a bird put a green bedsheet over his head to be a ghost for Halloween.

She's just playing along. Her care provider asked her to answer a question that a trained medical professional should be answering, so she came up with a scenario where she was one.

I feel like Raspbian deserves a place on here somewhere, although I'm not sure where exactly. It's the distro I've installed the most times since I like to do Raspberry Pi projects, and I imagine there's quite a few people out there whose first major exposure to Linux was for the same reason. So maybe it should go near Welcome Bay?

That quote about not being subject to HIPAA sounds suspect, but I guess it could be true as long as their terms and conditions are super explicit about not using the software for any real healthcare decisions, which it sounds like they are. But as soon as this shit does get used to diagnose something, deny or approve insurance coverage, or any of a large number of things, it will become a covered entity and will be subject to all HIPAA and PHI (protected health information) privacy regulations.

Sorry things aren't going the way you want, fellow lemming. And I'm sorry that some random person on the street felt the need to comment on your appearance. I'll never understand those types of people. I wouldn't put too much stock into what that person said, but, and I don't mean this to sound flippant or anything, even if you did resemble Shrek in some way, I know for a fact that there are a lot of people out there that are SUPER horny for Shrek. I think a big part of being "successful" in life is being able to objectively take stock of what you've got going on as a person and find ways to play to your strengths, and whenever possible, be on the lookout for times when you can spin your "weaknesses" into something more positive.
