Unfortunately, I am forced to use the much hated Adobe Creative Suite. Also, it would take some serious time and effort to break free from the Apple ecosystem. I did start moving certain services away, i.e. email and backup, so that an eventual move in the future is a bit less painful. It‘s a process.

Switched our company‘s Backup from Backblaze to Infomaniak (swiss). In addition to simple backup we really enjoy the cloud features for team collaboration (ksuite). Turns out that they offer excellent Email service as well (they offer a super essy email import tool, so the move of all coworker‘s emails was a breeze). And all that for less than what we paid at Backblaze for just backup. Best decision ever.

I second this. Here is a comment I made about my PocketBook a while ago: I still have a Pocketbook Lux 3 in use. It must be about 10 years old now and still works beautifully (even the backlight). One battery charge usually lasts me weeks, even with heavy backlight use. They are made in Europe (Switzerland) and run some flavour of Linux. They‘re not rock-bottom bargains, but the cost of the entry-level model seems quite fair in my opinion (€107). https://pocketbook.de/

Backblaze to Infomaniak – mainly for our office‘s cloud service, but moved our domain registration and email service there as well. Super happy and never looked back! Also: Reddit to Lemmy

Source? (I use some of their services and do like the fact they‘re Swiss and somewhat sustainable). Thanks!

I do use infomaniak as well and can very much recommend them. Their support is first class and they do offer a bunch of other useful services (with which I‘m very satisfied as well).
