#1 dresden was during ww2 when bombs were not laser guided. they were vaguely dropped in close to the right spot. today it is a whole different thing when for instance, the usa bombed a civilian household in Afghanistan and killed a family of 8 aid workers.

#2 there will always be civilian deaths in war, but when your goverments rules of engagement are "KILL ANYTHING THAT MOVES TOWARD YOU NO MATTER WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE OR HOW OLD IT IS" that makes you a war criminal and your nation a total piece of shit

maybe you cannot see the problems....
