so there's the first past the post system. reReform is able to make huge gains despite polling at around 25%

but also yeah, of course there are people like that. like, about a third of Americans think Trump is doing pretty well. of course there will be people like that on this side of the pond as well.

but people failed to realize that mediocre white men should be able to live a happy and fulfilling lives, too. like all of us should. they used to be able to do that by doing less skilled labour like manufacturing etc, and still be able to afford a home and decent life. that's until capital possessing elites decided that it is more profitable to use cheap off shore labour. that as well as worsening inequality left them miserable and without purpose.

too bad centrist politicians are mostly being bought out by capital, that's why opportunist grifters like Charlie Kirk was able to fill the vacuum that was left, and poison the mind of these people.

Groups of humans have fought each other since time immemorial, I think that's a pretty strong case for human nature.

If only they limited it to 1 per steam account and made it only available to accounts that are sufficiently old.

I am kind of mind blown that people are having problems figuring out T means tons..

OpenAI has reportedly fired safety executive Ryan Beirmeister, whose title at the company was VP of product policy. According to the Wall Street Journal, which broke the story, Beirmeister was told her firing was related to sexual discrimination against a male colleague.

“The allegation that I discriminated against anyone is absolutely false,” Beiermeister told the journal in a statement.

According to anonymous sources who spoke to the Journal, The firing, which apparently occurred in early January, came after Beirmeister had stated her opposition to the ChatGPT adult mode (or erotica mode?) Sam Altman announced in October of last year. Beirmeister was also, according to the Journal, the creator of an internal “peer-mentorship” group for women at OpenAI.

You can say the real means of production aren't anything material, but the skills, and knowledge of how to make things. And, like, the US just gave it all up willingly because it "makes economic sense" and makes the rich more money. Now they (the US) don't even know how to make new stuff anymore.

Edit: clarify who i meant by "they", thought it was unambiguous.
