a lot of the current uses for AI will move to on-device processing
How exactly will that make OpenAI and the likes more profitable?! That should be one of the scenarios that will make them less profitable.

Can you please be a bit more concrete? What do you think feminism is and which views would push someone into opposition?

wealth inequality worse than the French revolution
When the creator of the Revolutions podcast was asked about the one theme that follows every revolution, he said that it was wealth inequality.
If I remember correctly, the French revolution had three major elements that kicked it off the way it did: huge wealth inequality, a major event that hits the lower classes (in this case a drought that destroyed lots of crops and therefore caused a wheat shortage), and incompetent leadership that is unable to deal with said event. Looks like the US is getting there, step by step.
Here in Germany the far right is painting him as a commie :)
A fully planned system has also shown to become highly inefficient
Nobody was arguing that.
I don't think you understand what actually is meant by the term "capitalism". Capitalism does not mean free markets. Capitalism primarily means the ownership of the means of production in private hands. You can come up with a system which is highly regulated, to some degree even planned, which can still be considered capitalistic.
On the other hand, it is easy to imagine a socialist system whose economy consist solely of companies fully owned by the people that work there, i.e. the workers, while the companies themselves engage in a competitive and free market. It would be just like today, except workers have a say in who leads the organization, and how, in a democratic process.
In short capitalism != free market and vice versa.
It's also what they said about Tamagochis and Furbies, so there's that.
