What does it mean to consume water? Like it's used to cool something and then put back in a river? Or it evaporates? It's not like it can be used in some irrecoverable way right?

The only people with the power to decide he is unfit are all in congress, and playing a "my team vs your team" game. I'm assuming they think they'll look bad or weak or like traitors and are not willing to actually do it, or there are simply two distinct realities people live in, and in one of them he is perfectly fit to do the job.
It makes sense it costs them something, but if it helps at all I've been paying for kagi since before the ai assistant stuff was included, it was the same price.
