I don't think that we see the same increase in pedestrian fatalities in other countries though, which do have smart phones but do not have massive personal trucks.

This seems to have become an commercial industry at scale, so is a genuine problem.
Ultimately since we have such a huge wealth gap, normal people won't be able to compete with the rich who can buy homes as investments.
I guess it's nice that it's not just a handout to developers.

Either make them more circular to give the nostril a more round appearance, or make them taller on the other side to show the profile of the nose a bit more. At least, those would be my first options.
