I've seen it suggested before, but is the running theory that 4chan wasn't a "naturally occurring" Internet cesspool, but a consciously directed operation from Epstein and his evil billionaire friends to funnel terminally online edgelords into right-wing ideology? I'll be honest, I don't know if I can get behind that one. People on the mid-2000s Internet could be fucking horrible without any help.

I've been following MEE on YouTube for a bit. Their reporting didn't seem friendly to Israel.
Switching from a car commute to ebike + train. I don't get pissed off easily, but the traffic where I live can easily get you stuck for over an hour traveling 2-3 miles. And it was just inevitable that I'd finally get home in a shit mood. Biking and chilling in public transit is the exact opposite experience, especially if I manage to catch my usual train. I feel refreshed.

If this is true, then that's just unbelievably sloppy. I work in an industry that does use AI generated audio as a temporary placeholder, but we keep that shit isolated on a separate server with layers of identifiers all over the files to make it clear it is not to be shipped, ever. And in the process of sending our deliverables over to QC, we disconnect from that server entirely so any of those AI generated assets are immediately knocked offline. There's really no excuse for a studio as big as this with as many resources as it has.

That's still unbelievably common where I live. Some restaurants will have zero vegan options, but you can be sure they'll offer half a dozen clearly marked gluten free items. Come on, you can't spare the overhead for a block of tofu, but you can keep gluten free breads and pastas?
Anti fatigue mats are incredibly helpful to have in the kitchen.

You're onto something. FF16 is probably the least appealing FF title so far to me. And I'm the kind of person who tunes out fantasy stories as soon as magic crystals become plot relevant. The settings don't feel as fun and imaginative.
