greetings.

i'd like to ask you about your opinion on a TF2 mod called Gold Rush.

if you have played it what do you think of it? did you like it or dislike it?

personally, i have enjoyed it a lot. it's an old-school style TF2 mod that recreates the experience of the game as it was back in the day, although it's not a 100% true historically accurate. some of the unlocks and cosmetics from the period this mod emulates have been stripped away {such as the Demoknight stuff} and some of the unlocks present in the mod are also different stat-wise {such as Sandman being pre-JI, and not the release version.}

i did see that some of these changes the mod does has indeed put off many people, but, despite all that, i still find the mod enjoyable enough, and, right now it's going to be my current preferred way of experiencing TF2 up until the MvM update drops and/or the matchmaking system gets fixed/removed.
