I didn't do that because I wanted to. I just struggle to do anything important without a looming deadline. It sucks. I wrote a 25 page paper in a single night once and it was miserable (the experience, not the paper - the paper got an A).

If it was really about saving money, they'd distribute what was already purchased and cut off future funding (well, if it was really about saving money, they'd look at the defense budget first), not let things we already paid for rot. This administration is made up of people who genuinely get off on the cruelty, like Kristi Noem and Steven Miller, and people who see it as a side effect that they don't really care about.

I've been reading more about the job market in Spain lately and it sounds like they have a similar problem. Not nearly to the extent that Japan does, but similar attitudes about being at work for unnecessarily long hours even if there's no real point. There doesn't appear to be any reward, either. I don't blame people for declining to participate.
Yeah like, they have negative charisma, so it's extra baffling. I cannot imagine a world in which I'd support Donald Trump, but definitely not in this one where he routinely shits his own diaper. If he was only disgusting mentally but was a good speaker or handsome or whatever, it would make at least a little more sense
Finally sprung for the 12lb bag because we love these things. I usually make buffalo soy curls and throw them on a salad or mac and cheese, or make lemon "chicken" orzo with them, but I'm open to other suggestions from anyone else who likes them since I have enough for about the next decade.
