WhatsApp does not need play services. It may be necessary for cloud backups and stuff....but you can do local backups instead.. Play service is not a hard requirement.

Unites States of america, read carefully! Gas = liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) or similar gaseous state stuff. Petrol/Diesel (fuel) = what your cars need (liquid) not gas

PhonePe works perfectly fine. Bhim UPI works sometimes but definitely needs play services and does not work on private profiles. Need to be installed in main profile.
