Personally, I wouldn't give AF if it was "fake". Fake is perspective.

It's nice to notice a problem, take a look, and immediately see a problem, rather than chasing an intermittent problem.

I had an electrical issue that was an outlet that would have normal voltage until under load. Then it would tank. Turned out the neutral on one of the outlets in the chain had a contact that was loose. Took forever to find and thought I was losing my mind.

I got a free, second hand Framework 13. It had a dead motherboard, but was in excellent shape otherwise. I bought a newer gen motherboard and some second hand RAM to move from DDR4 to 5. Kept everything else.

Works great. Only paid ~$500 for parts.

Krafton is paying out $3 for every $1 earned. They made a shit deal.

There are some types of vehicles that don't work currently for pure EVs. Long distance hauling vehicles, for example. Mostly because most EV charging stations are not pull through, so hauling a trailer while charging is a PITA. A plug-in hybrid would be perfect for this application, though.

There are also many people who live in places where charging at home isn't practical. That's thankfully changing, though.

Most people, though, should be able to drive an EV in America. I drive a 2023 Bolt and it's fucking awesome.

Sadly, no Morrison appearance in this movie. Would have been cool to have Rex show up or something and have him play him in live action.

Well that checks out for San Fran. That city is expensive as fuck. I don't know how anybody affords to live there, but I'm glad you're making it work.

I went and saw it in theaters. It was pretty good. Not earth shattering, but it just basically felt like a really long episode of the show.

Also, Zeb from Rebels was pretty prominent and I'm a sucker for Rebels characters.

I went and saw it for $70 with myself and my three kids, plus popcorn and a drink. Unless you're in a high cost of living place like New York City or San Fran, it's not THAT bad. Not great, but not quite that bad.

Hey all!

I'm currently looking to upgrade my Radeon 6600 8GB GPU in my primary gaming rig and I'm currently torn between the Radeon 9600 XT 16GB, which is a "known variable" or the Intel B580 12GB. Obviously, the B580 is around $75-100 cheaper comparing MSRP to MSRP and I've been seeing both pop randomly into stock the last few weeks where I could nab either with a properly timed deal alert.

I'm wondering how all of you Intel Battlemage gamers on Linux have been enjoying your cards. I know Intel has done a lot of work to make it work well on Linux, but there is MUCH less coverage of performance on Linux than on Windows. Most stuff I see is from launch time, which is 6+ months ago, and I know driver support has gained a lot of ground since then.

My primary rig is an AM4-based system with a 5800X CPU, so REBAR and PCIe 4.0 are not a problem for me.
