I mentioned to this past therapists and they didn't do shit. Good ol' Hawaii.

Yes. Eiliminating SNAP and healthcare benefits for the lower caste populations is a good slow first step.

He's an alcoholic but I don't think he drinks anymore.

[–] buttholechris@lemmy.ml 1 points 8 months ago

You are right. Name-calling is what he does. I don't know how else to word my question.

[–] buttholechris@lemmy.ml 1 points 8 months ago

Youch, sorry to hear that.

[–] buttholechris@lemmy.ml 1 points 8 months ago (1 children)

Maybe. But I still think of her as the woman in the neighborhood who was just throwing herself at every man. Especially after her abusive husband left her.

[–] buttholechris@lemmy.ml 2 points 8 months ago

That is refreshing to hear. Thanks.

I have other internship experience.

[–] buttholechris@lemmy.ml 5 points 8 months ago (1 children)

I attempted to attend PSI Basic which is on the weekend. Three 10 hour days. On the second day I was feeling really fatigued so I just went home and slept nine hours. Two days later I came down with a cold or flu. I think they wanted me to persevere and will my mind to continue on.

They are part of an LGAT which is cult like. I left already without finishing the internship.

When I was working as an intern the company was into a group called PSI Seminars.

They are also into Tony Robbins.

When I didn't finish PSI Basic everything changed. I had no future there.

How can I explain to a future potential employer that my last employer was in a cult without looking unprofessional?

I highly think they are going to throw me under the bus if used as a reference.

How is he a victim?

Why couldn't he say, 'Hey, I can do better than this woman?'

He's an attorney that graduated from UCLA Law School. Where are his assets? Why does he live in hotels or this horrible woman?

Alright, so back when I was like 8 years old I lived in Panorama City, California.

My parents were married and we had a neighbor down the street.

As kids my sister and I would hang out with this neighbor, she is female. Unknown to us she was getting beat by her husband and also throwing herself at every guy.

She would tell us kids how bad black people were and to hate them. When my mom got wind of this she told my neighbor, let's called her G, that we can't ever hang out with her again because you shouldn't teach hatred to kids.

About a year or so later, my father is having an affair with this woman. G was well known to have a reputation, she was working at a pharmacy and had to be let go because she kept throwing herself at the manager. She was always very desperate and even acted really weird towards boys. I have always viewed her as a horrible woman that no respectable man should ever want,

30 years later, my parents are divorced and my Dad is with this woman.

My father is an attorney and he makes a lot of money and should have a lot in assets. In my opinion, he should have at least $1.5 million to his name. He does not. He lives in poverty in a condo with this woman. She has 5 dogs there even though there is no backyard and there is constant piss and shit.

My father spends money and only late in life ever thought about a nest egg. He's an idiot with money. My sister and Uncle are the same way. Luckily, I was blessed with the opposite, having very good money management skills.

I think my father gave up his best friend for this woman. He doesn't really have many people outside his brother and now my sister and her family. Btw, my sister stopped talking to him for 10 years when he Judo threw her across a room, but since having children magically went back.

It is now I who is currently estranged from him. Every time I try to talk to him he is calling me a 'selfish little shit' or to 'grow up'. He is a lawyer but argues like a 10 year old with name-calling and dominating the flow of the conversation without listening. He told me he was in anger management but I ruined it by making him angry.

So, my question is this.

Is my father a loser?

I think so, and I try to not be like him. I also think that I should never talk to him again in my life. He is cursed.

Just want to say fuck you Hi Tech Hui. Fuck you PSI Seminars. People shouldn't have to join an insane CULT just to fit in at your work.

You all are horrible people.

Eat shit and die.

I can't help feeling for living creatures.

I worked at Office Depot April 2025 and resigned in early August.

People were leaving. Some guy had worked for OD for 20 years and the Assistant Manager kind of wanted to kick his ass and he quit. Another Assistant Manager with 10 years left.

My hours went from 9 to 12 hours a week, which I was fine with, to 27, 21. It was good except I never had a weekend or two days off in a row. I was getting burnt out and I told the manager this but he did not really seem to care.

Well, this miserable crippled hobbit came back to work and it was atrocious just being around her.

At work I had ChatGPT make a selfie of me at the counter with space aliens behind me.

She responded in the group chat saying, 'Is this what you're doing instead of working?'

The other Assistant Manager, who was awesome, said, 'Hey, don't pay her any mind. She's just miserable and misery loves company. The General Manager probably doesn't care and that's who really matters.'

Well, the next day I called in sick through text and the GM replies, 'When you get back we have to talk to you about your work performance.' I texted back saying I am giving my two weeks notice and that he'll have it in writing when I return. He said not to bother and took me off the schedule.

I was being paid $16 an hour and I thought that wasn't enough to put up with a miserable assistant manager and a GM who really doesn't have your back. One of the worst work experiences I ever had, I have had many way better jobs in the past.

I was attending a church regularly and was kind of enjoying it.

However, the Pastor is getting kind of fundamental, and it's really turning me away. He sometimes rants against homosexuals and drug dealers.

Well, lately he had some guy come in, Dennis Reaner, and he started talking about how he goes to Nicaragua and heals the paralyzed, blind, and people with cancer. Well, that crosses the line into to non-covert charlatan territory.

I told my pastor that the devil is telling me to go back to Thailand and he said something along the lines of 'Why would you go to that vomit place when you have been building something up in Hawaii?' And he keeps trying to scare me with Hell and non-conformity.

Copilot suggest a Unitarian church, so I'm going to do that unless it sucks ass.

I also sent a message to my former pastor that if he and his friend are going to preach healing the blind then they can heal the blind girl who shows up for church sometimes, to practice what he preaches. No response yet.

The guy is bipolar, and he is a charismatic cult leader like David Koresh. He has a manipulative side and once was telling me that Mark Benioff wanted to hire me but I was sleeping too much on a Friday.

What do you think of this?

So Obamacare, Medicaid, and SNAP are pretty decimated.

Is the United States going to be the kind of country to let it's poorest and most vulnerable die in the streets of starvation or treatable disease and medical conditions?

I am afraid to be in the United States because I fear some kind of proletariat uprising. I would not want to be in Compton or Watts when the EBT gets shut off.

I believe that the main purpose of SNAP and EBT is to pacify the lower levels of society so they do not get too upset and organized for a major uprising. Well, that is gone.

I myself am on SSDI, Medicaid, and Medicare although I am working now and trying to establish a career. I feel like the elite in the United States just wants to kill off the lower classes.

Are my concerns unfounded?
