And that is why it is here to stay. Lots of these AI startups may crash and burn when/if the bubble bursts, especially "this is a cool toy" companies. But companies making disinformation and surveillance their main AI focus will become huge.

Considering they are actively part of the conflict by supplying Russia with munitions and other material, the question is moot anyway, since it would be absolutely insane for Ukraine to have an active party in the war prerending to be a security guarantor.
