Yep. Either very few people actually reread this strip or their literacy is so low they didn’t realize the whole point of the strip is that “video games suck now” is a brain dead take.

Moving into the back half of Adam Buenosayres by Marechal. It’s a complete banger! The insider view of the 30s Argentine literary scene, the poetry of the language, the humour, the stylistic shift between stream of consciousness and dialogue and verse and allegory, it’s all great.

That’s not how it works, those tariffs are determined by country of production not the country of import. As far as I understand Chinese made EVs would still be tariffed at the 100% rate in the US.

That’s very good to know, I’ve never heard that they were particularly bad for that.

FWIW I love my 2019 Kia Soul EV (though that’s not that old). I had just one issue with it and the part was under warranty. Otherwise it drives and performs great for my needs.

Also wondering how accumulated snow would be handled. Where I live at least, it would be impossible to use them for around 4 months a year.
