Worst case we just have to wait for the boomer congress/senators to retire or die off.

Putting an age / term limit on congress members would accelerate the process towards electing younger, uncorrupted, technologically competent individuals.

This is the logical equivalent of charging a serial killer's parents with the murders their child committed. He ran and was elected on promises like fixing affordability and that he is the "most peaceful president".

Last month was the largest protest in the history of the nation against Trump. His approval rating is at 33%. Multiple impeachments have shown that is nearly impossible to legally remove a sitting president.

If you want you can blame Trump, his cabinet, the legislative/executive/judicial systems, right wing media/influencers, and then the voters (in that order).

Edit: oh, nevermind, I see you are a propagandist. You aren't interesting in facts/evidence/reason/pragmatics, only echoing messages that fit your narrative. Congrats, you are the same as Trump.

Nice, I'll post mine as a reply since it's very similar :)

Work: when I started we were Centos/RHEL with some Debian, then pivoted to primarily Debian, now we have pivoted to Ubuntu.

Work Desktop: Besides obligatory Windows I have been on Gentoo +KDE for the last 10 years, but the Chromium portage build times as well as some weird performance degradation finally became too much and I just recently switched to NixOS (with newer hardware).

Home Server: Slackware/Gentoo for a while starting in the mid 2000's, then stuck with FreeBSD for over a decade. Since then I've just happy with Raspian on an rpi, but looking at switching it to NixOS

Home Desktop: Wasn't much of a category for me and usually just a Windows junkie at home, but recently been very pleased with SteamOS

LVM is in your favorites? It's essential command(s) for sure but every time I use it it's trial and error because I didn't use the correct flag case and/or argument order

that whole movie was gold

Indeed, I miss the James Cameron golden era when he was pushing cinema boundaries and not pumping out the nth iteration of Avatar

American here - Yeah , I loved black licorice in my adolescence but I picked up some salty black licorice from IKEA this week and holy hell I do not like it.

This comic reminds me of my 14 year old niece expressing annoyance because an elderly person asked her if she knew how to get to the highway.

Retelling the story she said "Why are they talking to me? Just Google it"

I don't agree that providing a tool to help boost law enforcement communication/efficiency is "morally and ethically wrong", but Google calling ICE a vulnerable group is horse shit. They should have just said the app could be used to help people evade law enforcement and they don't support that.
