So if the only thing preventing your child from chewing on high voltage cables is the threat of violence your child will get themselves electrocuted once they're out of your eyesight. Most of the people who oppose the death penalty also want to improve prison conditions and minimise the amount of people sent to prison in the first place.
"Conditions in prison are bad" is an argument for improving living conditions for prisoners, not for murdering them.
And they're both legitimate issues for Athens. On the one hand the overtourism makes living in Athens unaffordable for Athenians but on the other hand a significant number of Athenians rely on the tourism industry for their livelihoods.
On the other hand the Ukrainians have started successfully using drones for ground assaults so they might be able to overcome or at least alleviate their manpower shortage that way.
