Yes, I've looked at it, but I can't get my hands on an m3u file or something like that for sports matches I would like to "forward" the links from fmhy to Dispatcharr, or I guess find an IPTV provider?

I tried this for public TV, but unfortunately it seems like they regularly change the stream so it makes it crash...

Yes, I can look at streams online However, I can't get the links to be viewable on jellyfin, by using tools to proxy them

Hello everyone, I've been looking everywhere for this, and haven't been able to find something satisfying.

I would like to add live sports to my Jellyfin; I've been looking at threadfin, but I can't find m3mu relevant files.

Would you know where can I find a reliable provider? Looking at fmhy, I find links, but can't automate the scraping to my instance. Is there a way to do this?

Did you manage to make it work? 

Google gives Android users a way to install unverified apps if they worked hard for it(including waiting 24 hours) in c/technology@lemmy.world

Have you taken a look at System76, and at Framework?

Both of them sell laptops with GPUs, and have the Linux support basically guaranteed.

I am currently using a Pixel 6a, with GrapheneOS.

However, since Google's update to the battery, my phone is discharging very fast (talking about one percent per minute).

I have looked at changing the battery myself, however it seems to be a bit over my skill level. So, I am in the market for a new phone. (And quite pissed off at Google, especially since they announced the changes to signing, apks, the issues with graphene,...

This time, I would like :

  • maybe try Linux?
  • a headphone Jack

I have been looking at postmarket OS, however every supported device is quite old, and I'm not sure if/ how much they are usable today.

I looked at fairphone, but FP5&6 don't support postmarket OS and don't have a headphone Jack.

Currently, I am looking at the Jolla Phone (running SailfishOS), as it has a Jack, and runs Linux.

Do you know of other options, what would you recommend?

Hello everyone I've been looking for a solution to replace Spotify, for me and my family. I already self-host some services, such as Jellyfin and Sonarr/Radarr For music however, my actual setup is the following :

  • synchronize my music folder on my phone with my NAS
  • download on the phone or on my computer However, I struggle with finding new music and having an easy way to add music.

From what I've read, Bandcamp could let me buy some music and add it to my collection (however all artists aren't on bandcamp) There also seem to be a consensus around Navidrome for a music server.

But how can I set it up so that each member of my family has a separate account (with different musics in it), still discover new songs and easily add them? I've looked into Lidarr (not a lot I have to admit) but it seems like it's mainly for downloading full albums, more than just songs. Is that the case?

TLDR: What self-hostable services can I use to replace Spotify, so that each member of my family has its own instance, recommendations and downloads?
